Please check under product description to ascertain whether the product is eligible for Return, Replacement and Refund. If the product in discussion is eligible, customers can return their order within 10 days upon receipt. In the unlikely event that the product received is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped to you can get a replacement at no extra cost under our Replacement Guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that the product is in its original condition, with MRP tags, product labels, manual, guarantee certificate/ warranty card and/or all accessories in the vendor’s packaging. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.
At Phoenix Life Science (P) Ltd., your trust and convenience is of utmost importance to us. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@phoenixlifescience.co.in and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the product can either be replaced or a refund will be provided either into your bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.
If the Customer Care team determines that the product needs to be shipped back to the vendor, they send an intimation to you with shipping details of the vendor. As we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us within 10 days on initiating the Return/Replacement process.
Upon confirmation of receipt by the vendor, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original/selected mode of payment. For COD orders, PHOENIX LIFE SCIENCE (P) LTD. would require your bank details as the refund will only be processed to a bank account.
